The Process
I’m Kieron and I have many years of working on floors with Looks Great! I’m also the Tile Doctor for the Birmingham & surrounding area, so have lots of experience in restoring tiles & stone, and have worked on hundreds of floors over the years, a high percentage being Victorian & quarry floors, but also all other types of stone. I understand that the customer likes to know what is happening during the restoration and cleaning process, so I always keep them up to date with what is happening when work is taking place.
After your initial enquiry I will advise on processes required to carry out the work and approx. Costs. If you’re happy to progress I will arrange to visit and do a free test clean where I can give advice and firm up the quote. When the work is carried out, I will keep you advised on what is being done to your floor.
Customers are often surprised (and impressed) by the amount of work that is needed to restore their floors, and I know customers like to be informed as to what is being done. All work is completed using professional cleaning solutions and machinery, and on conclusion of the work I will advise on how to maintain the floor going forward.
